  • I met a lot of really cool people. Plenty of plugs, storage, fast wifi.

    The place is great!  The room is really large, with a super comfy bed and desk for getting work done. Plenty of plugs & storage space, fast wifi, and easy access to the fully-stocked kitchen right outside your door. I met a lot of really cool people who were also living in the house, and had many great conversations in the common room (there’s also board games to play with new friends!). There’s a big grocery store just two blocks away and the bus stop to take you to the subway is right there, too. It’s also super easy to grab an Uber in like 2 minutes! Would definitely recommend 🙂

  • I love reading in the back yard!

    Everything was quiet, clean, and we had everything we needed.  I love reading in the back yard. The house managers are very nice and helpful!  Strongly recommend!

  • I couldn’t have picked a better place. Cozy, friendly managers, great people.

    The room is really nice and clean, and the managers are always available to answer any questions.  The home is really cozy, with such a lovely atmosphere. It’s also a great place to get to know other people. All in all it was a pleasure staying there, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. I will highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to NY.

    From the time we arrived to the time we left, they made us feel right at home.  The house is clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. It is a very friendly environment, yet we had our peace and quiet. I would recommend this place 100%, We will definitely be back!  This place is a GEM.

  • Calm neighborhood with good access to public transport, friendly people.

    Very friendly and local people that can help you easily out with any problems, and always open for a great chat in the evening. If you want to stay in a calm neighborhood that has good access to public transport, you should come here. Room was cozy, especially the bed.

  • Once we walked through the door it felt like home, I couldn’t think a more perfect place for us to stay.

    I couldn’t think a more perfect place for us to stay.  Once we walked through the door it felt like home. We had our own private space but also could hang out in the common area for the rest of the house. We were a short bus away from the train station and they helped us figure out our way around NYC!  What a great experience.

  • A great place for entrepreneurs! The house feels like home.

    Genuinely great people and the house feels like home.  It is clean and comfortable.  The supermarket is a short walk away and has great value. There is a quiet and beautiful park behind the house.  The other guests are great.  It is a great place for entrepreneurs. A little more and it becomes like an accelerator program. Getting to and from the city is fast and easy. It is a blessing to have found them and an honor to stay with them.

  • The workout room is an extra plus!

    As a southern girl, I felt safe staying in this home in the big city.  Managers are warm, accommodating, and genuinely nice people. The accommodations were clean and just as depicted in the pictures. They even have a workout room in the house which was an extra plus!  I would definitely stay here again.
